Organizational Structure

of The Agricultural Co-operative Federation of Thailand, Ltd. (ACFT)

          The management structure of The Agricultural Co-operative Federation of Thailand, Ltd. (ACFT) includes the General Assembly, an Executive Board, the President of the Executive Board, the Vice President of the Executive Board, auditors, and advisors. These individuals are elected by the General Assembly during the annual ordinary meeting. Each member cooperative elects one representative to attend the General Assembly. Each cooperative’s Executive Board selects its representative, who is then announced in writing along with a copy of the Executive Board meeting minutes regarding the election resolution, to inform The Agricultural Co-operative Federation of Thailand, Ltd. (ACFT) before the General Assembly meeting. Once elected, representatives serve on the Executive Board of The Agricultural Co-operative Federation of Thailand, Ltd. (ACFT) for a term of two years.

          Management Department

    • General Manager: Responsible for overall management and oversight of the Agricultural Business Department, Accounting and Finance Department, Board and Secretariat Department, Printing Department, Special Projects Department, and Office and Personnel Department.
    • Deputy General Manager (Business): Responsible for overseeing the Agricultural Business Department.
    • Deputy General Manager (Administration): Responsible for overseeing the Accounting and Finance Department.
    • Deputy General Manager (Cooperative Development): Responsible for overseeing the Board and Secretariat Department
