The Agricultural Co-operative Federation of Thailand, Ltd. (ACFT)

The operation of The Agricultural Co-operative Federation of Thailand, Ltd. (ACFT) involves providing services to member cooperatives by facilitating collective actions such as joint purchasing, selling, problem-solving, and other mutual support activities. The aim is to maximize the benefits for cooperatives. The Board of Directors appoints a General Manager, Deputy General Managers, departmental managers, and other necessary staff to manage and oversee various business operations effectively. Currently, The Agricultural Co-operative Federation of Thailand, Ltd. (ACFT) has six operational departments, divided into two sections:

Section 1 is divided into three departments responsible for managing business operations as follows:

    1. 1. Printing Department
      2. Agricultural Business Department
      3. Special Projects Department

       

Section 2 is divided into three departments responsible for promoting business operations as follows:

1. Board and Secretariat Department
2. Office and Personnel Department
3. Accounting and Finance Department

 

Additionally, a legal officer serves as an advisor, overseeing documents related to contracts and legal matters.
